Congratulations to our school website and school web curator Ms. Sarah Thompson. The Twain website was named the 2018 FCPS Best Middle School Website at this year's Web Curator's Conference.

Below is the write-up that was read as Ms. Thompson received her award.

You’ll be hard pressed to find an error on English teacher Sarah Thompson’s Twain Middle School website. The FCPS 2017 Outstanding Secondary Teacher of the Year has maintained the school website since the early Dreamweaver days, having an internal desire to impact a student body and community beyond the 150 7th and 8th graders she teaches in a given year. Diligent in her posting and maintenance of school announcements, Sarah understands the importance of keeping the students, staff, parents, and community abreast of happenings in the Twain community. The school site is clean and concise while also inviting viewers to dig deeper into the subpages and learn all about the Twain Tiger culture.
