Mark Twain MS will administer SOLs during 4th period on the following dates:

• Integrated Reading and Writing (IRW) Test (8th graders only) - Thursday, April 25
  • The Bell Schedule on this day will be 4, 2, 6, 8
  • Please be aware that on this week, our daily schedule is getting flipped as follows:
    • Monday, April 22 - Anchor Day Schedule
    • Tuesday, April 23 - Even Day Schedule
    • Wednesday, April 24 - Odd Day Schedule
    • Thursday, April 25 - Even Day Schedule
    • Friday, April 26 - Odd Day Schedule
• Reading 7 and 8 SOLS - Wednesday, May 8
  • The Bell Schedule on this day will be 4, 6, 2, 8 with lunch during 6th period.
• Math 7, Math 8, Algebra, and Geometry SOLs - Wednesday, May 15
  • The Bell Schedule on this day will be 4, 8, 6, 2 with lunch during 8th period.
• Science 8 SOL - Friday, May 17
  • The Bell Schedule on this day will be 4, 8, 2, 6 with lunch during 2nd period.

Makeup tests for any student who missed a schedule testing date will occur on a rolling basis throughout May but if possible, it is best for students to take the SOL on the scheduled date. Retakes for eligible students, those who scored between 375 and 399 on the SOL, will occur from May 28 - 31.

Please ensure students arrive to school each morning having had a good night's sleep and with a fully charged laptop.
